MORE THAN JUST A SHOE STORE

SHOE FITTINGS

Based on arch type, cushioning level, and pronation style shoe need to be fit or "matched" properly to specific feet.  Shoes have a finite life expectancy whether used or unused.  Under normal circumstances this means switching shoes every 300-500 miles or about 6 months of consistent wear.  If you work, laugh, play, and also run in shoes, this timeframe can be very different.

I.e. Standing on your feet for 4 hours a day without any running = 6 month replacement time

Thank You Jenna for the help in finding the right running shoes. They are great and all the pain in my knees is gone in just a few hours of walking. FANTASTIC !!!!  I just finished my first 5k walking this morning with no pain in my knee. Now I will be back at it every morning.

I am new to running and was having trouble with blistering and foot discomfort while running. The staff was super helpful with finding me the proper fitting shoe for my feet. They explained so much to me in my short visit and I walked out with new socks and sneakers. I had a wonderful run tonight with no pain or blisters. They really know their sport. Thank you!

I thought the staff was very helpful. I worked with Marie and she took me through all of the options that she thought fit my needs. She checked my foot mechanics to see whether I tended towards over, under or neutral pronation, then set me up with a variety of stack heights and cushioning. The store has just about every brand you could wish for, along with a variety of clothing and running accessories. Overall I really like the store and look forward to going back.
