Saucony Echelon 7
Running SHoes | woMen's
The Echelon 7 is an everyday neutral trainer that's part of the Saucony Foundation Series. There's two things that makes Saucony's Foundation Series, & the Echelon 7 unique.
Wider & More Comfortable
First of all, it's going to be put on a new last and a wider platform so it's going to accommodate a lot more foot types, it's going to give you a lot more ground contact from heel strike to toe off.

Sock Liner & Orthodics
Second, most running shoes use a 5mm EVA sock liner. With the Echelon 7, Saucony uses a 8mm PU sock liner so it's going to be very durable and extremely cushioned. Also, if you take out the sock liner, it's going to give you a little more volume on the inside of the shoe, so if you use an aftermarket orthodic, the Echelon 7 is going to accommodate it properly.
Cushioning & Support
Saucony uses a full length power sole mid-sole, with 3mm of EVERRUN top sole to get great durability and great cushioning from heel strike to toe off.
Out-Sole Durability
On the out-sole, Saucony employs its tri-fold out-flex design and Saucony puts carbon rubber in the high wear areas in the heel and the forefoot and AVR+ right in the forefoot to get a little bit more resiliency right as you toe off.
Forefoot Fit | Mid-foot Fit
Across the Upper, Saucony wants to make the Echelon 7 accommodate as many foot types as possible. Saucony uses a nice, open, expansive engineered mesh that also has great hold. Saucony also freed up the forefoot so there are no hotspots or irritation points. On the mid-foot on the medial side, the Echelon 7 has employed sock-fit to get a little more stretch, a little more flexibility, while help guiding the foot.
Heel Lock
And on the heel, the Echelon 7 has an external support frame to a lock down fit, right where you need it most.
The Echelon 7 is kind of like that blank canvas that can accommodate a lot of foot types and a lot of different runner needs so make sure to check it out today!
